The armchair "Ohio" is a versatile chair inspire by the shapes of origami paper art and the North American F-117 stealth fighter. It was my first attempt to develop a small sofa of this kind with few resources but at the same time using top quality finishes, correct ergonomics and top comfort for the user. The structure is in black lacquered steel with triangular pieces of plywood with veneered oak attached to the structure and upholstered in synthetic bordeaux skin. The feet are in round tubular steel of 12mm properly welded and lacquered, offering good resistance to weight and good structural balance through the implementation of two central core rods in the structure.
